Hi, I’m Sasha! I am a certified sound healer and yoga practitioner. My work blends sound, breath, and embodied practices to support nervous system regulation, guided by a neuroscience-informed approach.

My work is rooted in simple philosophy:
The mind tries to distract and suppress the truth, but the body keeps the score.
Through sound, breathwork, and yoga inspired somatic movements, I create a conditions for the body to soften, recalibrate, and return to balance naturally.

I’ve worked across a diverse range of spaces, from corporate organisations and global brands such as Roche, Baxter, Vantive, and platforms including the Malaysian Breast Cancer Summit 2025 and Yayasan Gamuda, as well as adults, children and neurodivergent individuals.
My work has supported:
• Individuals with ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism
• Breast cancer patients and survivors
• Children as young as 3 years old

What Makes This Space Unique
My approach is not rooted in traditional yoga formats. I focus on yoga inspired somatic sessions where movement, breath and sound become a doorway into internal awareness. Supporting the nervous system to gently guide you out of chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and mental fatigue, into a states of deeper introspection and internal regulation.
Each session is thoughtfully curated, combining:
• Somatic -Yoga awareness practices
• Breath-led nervous system regulation
• Therapeutic sound immersion
• Elements informed by neuroscience
The results are in the shift, not just emotional but physiological.

Every frequency is chosen to match your resonance, and every moment of silence is timed to your breath and movement.
